The Harmony Centre Foundation Ltd

The Harmony Centre Foundation Ltd is a company limited by guarantee. Its objects are to promote optimal health and to prevent and reduce the onset of diseases by: 

(a) Raising community awareness of the importance of leading a well balanced and healthy life; 

(b) Assisting members of the public: 
 (i) To achieve optimal physical, emotion, social, spiritual and mental health;
 (ii) To manage and reduce stress and anxiety and to acknowledge the deleterious effects of those conditions on the immune system; and

(c) Teaching techniques for personal transformation, life skills, meditation, energy based healing and exercises from diverse healing traditions.

The Harmony Centre is a health promotion charity run as a community centre and not for profit organization (currently seeking charitable status). Our focus is to build and be a world class healing institution where Ignite Your spirit therapy is taught and practiced with excellence and compassion.

The Harmony Centre is a healing institution where people can be free to explore the meaning of life and their spirituality in a safe environment. It is non-religious and non-sectarian. Everyone is welcome and respected.
People from all backgrounds, and stages of spiritual development, come together to learn and practice ways to bring more joy, peace, wellbeing and grace into their lives.

Stress and life imbalances create a raft of problems physically, mentally, emotionally and even spiritually. At The Harmony Centre people learn to manage stress, and are given practical tools for living with more inner and outer peace.
