Welcome to the Harmony Centre.
Kim Fraser, founder of The Harmony Centre
Hello and welcome to The Harmony Centre. We are a spiritual charity (more), creating a community of loving and empowered people who want to find their own grace and beauty, then make a positive difference in the world.
We have found that enjoyment of life involves more than just the physical aspects. To be happy, healthy and abundant, it helps to explore and get to know our own spirit. At the Harmony Centre we supply a range of seminars, books, cd’s, music, meditation classes, satsangs, Ignite Your Spirit therapy and other activities designed to help you move from the life of struggle and suffering to the life of ease and grace. Because we want everyone to be able to learn and grow, all of our group activities are offered by donation.
Our philosophy is wholesome and encompassing. It could be summed up as Shakti (creative empowerment) Durga (God as Loving Mother) Shanti (peace). These themes can be found in every spiritual tradition, and we invite you to find them inside yourself.
At the Harmony Centre we honour all faiths and welcome people from all traditions, races and beliefs. We never try to change your religion, but offer you deep insight into the universality that underlies all of the Great teachings. Unity of Divine experience sits entirely comfortably with diversity of approach: all roads lead to the same Supreme place! The gate is the heart chakra, and we can help guide you home. As you learn about your own energy field through our seminars and activities, you will realize your own magnificence and dance to the tune of life!
